Opposition parties will meet President Ram Nath Kovind at 5 pm on Wednesday amid the ongoing row over contentious farm bills. Only five opposition leaders will be allowed to meet the President, reports said. On Tuesday, opposition leaders boycotted parliament in protest over the three bills related to the agriculture sector and suspension of eight MPs over chaos and "unruly behaviour" in the Rajya Sabha. Meanwhile, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said suspension of the MPs will be revoked only if they apologise.
