While President Joe Biden and former presidents of the United States will visit the memorial sites to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the 9/11 terror attack, ex-president Donald Trump has decided to commentate on a boxing match on the 20th anniversary of the horrific twin tower attack.
Trump will provide in-person 'unfiltered' commentary during the Triller fight club evening match between former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield and former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort.
Trump who will be hosting his first sporting event since leaving the White House will be accompanied by his son Donald Trump Junior. Trump in his press release said that he loves great fighters and great fights and added that he is looking forward to the Saturday night bout.
The fight was earlier set to take place between Oscar de La Hoya and Vitor Belfort. Since de La Hoya had to withdraw due to Covid-19, Evander Holyfield will fight. 59-year-old Holyfield will return to the professional ring after 2011.
Trump, 75, is a veteran of the fight game, having hosted many boxing matches in the 1980s and '90s at his casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
