Maximum City heads back into Maximum lockdown, Mumbai's do's and donts as per weekends curfew

With a record 11,000 cases Maximum City Mumbai is now facing night curfews and complete weekend lockdown till month-end. Here is a list of the dos and donts for the financial capital. 

 ‘Mission Break the Chain’ guidelines -:

  • All shops, markets and malls to remain closed throughout the day except essential services shops

  • Parks and playgrounds will remain closed

  • Places of worship will be closed for devotees though religious rituals will continue. 

  • Gardens, beaches and all public places will be closed

  • All restaurants and bars to remain closed, delivery options only between 7 am to 8 pm 

  • Theatres, cinema halls, video parlours, multiplexes, clubs, swimming pools, sports complexes, auditoriums, water parks will remain shut.

  • Any industrial process that is a net consumer of oxygen as raw material to be disallowed by default from April 10

The weekend lockdown in the state will come into effect on Friday at 8 pm and last until 7 am on Monday. The night curfew will be in effect from 8 pm to 7 am.
