Mandira Bedi's husband, filmmaker Raj Kaushal, dies of heart attack

Actor Mandira Bedi's husband, filmmaker Raj Kaushal, passed away on Wednesday morning after suffering a cardiac arrest. 

Expressing condolences to the family, filmmaker Onir confirmed the news on social media & wrote: "we lost filmmaker and Producer Raj Kaushal who was also one of the producers of my first film 'My Brother Nikhil'".

Family friend and actor Rohit Roy told news agency PTI that Kaushal passed away at around 4.30 am at his home after suffering a heart attack.

Raj Kaushal had directed and produced films like Bada Aadmi, Shaadi Ka Laddoo and Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi. Kaushal’s last directorial was the 2006 thriller, 'Anthony Kaun Hai?'
