Most of us love traveling and the best part about it is staying at fancy hotels. But how many hotel etiquettes do you know and follow? Here are some of them, which according to etiquette coach Myka Meier, you should strictly follow while staying at hotels.
- While checking out of a hotel, tidy it up and do not leave your mess behind
- Pile up your used towels neatly in the bathroom or hang them from a hook or hanger and do not leave them on the floor or the bed
- Do not take away hotel properties like bathrobes or décor with you
- Do not leave used plates or trays outside your room or in the corridor
- Do not roam around in a swimsuit or robe in public places of hotels like the lobby or reception
- Be polite to hotel staff and do not forget to show your gratitude to them by using simple words like thank you or please
