Do you also think your salary is less? If yes, then you are not alone. According to a survey done by America's consulting firm, Gartner Inc. only 32% of employees feel their salary is fair and the rest feel it’s lesser.
This survey was done on 3,500 employees, which revealed that due to low trust of employees on their employers, they feel their salary is unfair.
Due to toxic culture of companies, lack of work life balance and unfair experience, employees generally do not trust the companies they work for.
