Ginger: 

He suggests that consuming ginger is an optimal method. Ginger is rich in potent compounds such as gingerols and shogaols, which safeguard the liver from cellular damage and inflammation. Additionally, it aids in shielding the liver against toxins like alcohol. Research indicates that ingesting 2 grams or 1 teaspoon of raw ginger daily after a meal for 12 weeks can lead to a reduction in inflammation.

Curcumin:

The primary component of turmeric, curcumin, possesses anti-inflammatory properties and is highly effective in treating fatty liver. Curcumin supplements offer a convenient way to incorporate this beneficial compound into your routine. Taking 1000 mg of curcumin once daily after a meal for 8 weeks is recommended for liver health.
