Tips to maintain bone strength as you age older

People often complain about joint pains and bone health issues as they grow older. It's important to pay attention to it, especially for women as they have a high chance of developing bone health conditions after their 30s. 
  
Here are some tips by Ayurvedic expert Dr. Nitika Kohli to improve your bone strength-

  • Don't gorge on dairy products, consume them appropriately
  • Limit the consumption of caffeine and say a big no to alcoholic drinks
  • Take one tablespoon of sesame seeds every morning with water
  • Make sure to eat 5-10 soaked almonds every day
  • Add green vegetables to your everyday meal  

Apart from this, dietary minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins are necessary for good bone health. Also, make sure to work out for at least 30 mins regularly, it will keep your muscles and bones strong.
