Study shows reducing daily salt intake to 3 grams only leads to healthier heart

A lot of people nowadays suffer from high blood pressure that could be dangerous to heart health and can cause serious problems.

A recent study has suggested that consuming high amount of sodium can lead to cardiovascular diseases.

According to the study published by the National Institute for health and care Excellence (NICE) reports that reduction of salt intake in our daily diet is necessary to prevent cardiovascular diseases. The study also states that people should try to minimise salt consumption to 3 grams per day by 2025, to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
