To many, especially youngsters, vaping seems to be a cooler and more convenient option these days. However, new research suggests it's as bad as smoking cigarettes.
According to a recent study published in Nature Communications, e-cigarettes can cause cardiac troubles.
During the research, the team tested the impact of e-cigarettes which are made from nicotine, vegetable glycerin and nicotine-free propylene glycol.
They found that vapes (e-liquids) contain specific chemicals in flavours that can provoke cardiac arrhythmias and may increase the risk of A-Fib and cardiac arrest.
So, have real fruit instead of Grape Ice and Very Berry (IYKYK).
