Drunken noodles is a popular type of noodle dish that is mainly served in Asian restaurants. This dish is prepared with rice noodles that are flat and wide. These noodles are combined with a spicy sauce mixture and cooked with a variety of vegetables.
While this dish seems too fancy to be cooked at home, we have for you a simple and hassle-free recipe to make drunken noodles at home and pamper your tastebuds.

Step 1
Take 200 grams of dried rice noodles (wide and flat) and cook them in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2
Combine 2 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp water in a bowl.

Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Add 3 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 birds eye chilli. Next, add ¼ cup chopped onions and ½ cup chopped green onions.
Step 4
Add 200 grams roughly chopped chicken thighs, 2 tsp soy sauce and the noodles. Mix well and serve hot
