Binge-watching while eating has become a common phenomenon in today's fast-paced world. However, this habit can have negative effects on your health.

Recently, nutritionist Apurwa Agarwal posted that binge-watching while eating can lead to overeating without realizing how much or what you're consuming. She suggests that people prioritize quantity over quality while binge-watching.

She also recommends eating while watching TV puts you at risk of obesity, especially in kids and can end up feeling less fuller.

Side effects of Binge-watching while eating

Overeating: Consuming more food than intended due to distraction.
Poor digestion:
Eating quickly or in large amounts can lead to digestive discomfort.
Weight gain:
Excessive calorie intake from mindless eating during binge-watching.
Reduced awareness:
Failing to recognize feelings of fullness, leading to further overeating.

Disrupted sleep:
Eating late at night during binge-watching can interfere with sleep quality.
Decreased satisfaction:
