A report by noted anaylst Ming-Chi Kuo states that the iPhone 14 Pro models, slated to launch next year, will do away with the iconic notch and feature punch-hole cutout displays. The notch has been ever-present on iPhone models since the iPhone X in 2017.

Apple will presumably find a way to move FaceID sensors below the screen, as Kuo also says that the 2022 iPhone models will not receive in-display fingerprint sensors.
The iPhone 14 Pro models are said to offer an upgraded 48MP wide camera as well.
