'Some instigating youth to take up arms again': Punjab CM on Amritpal arrest

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann congratulated the state's police for the operation to arrest Khalistan leader Amritpal Singh and also thanked people of the state for maintaining peace and harmony. 

He said that he had received the information about the police operation to arrest Amritpal Singh from Rode village in Moga district and added that he closely monitored the developments all night. 

Mann said strictest action will be taken against the Khalistan leader. He also claimed that some anti-social elements have been instigating Punjab's youth to take up arms again.
