Supertech demolition: what the Noida twin towers offered residents

The Supreme Court has ordered demolition of two 40-storey towers that were additionally built on construction giant Supertech's Emerald Court residential project on the Taj Epxressway in Noida. 

Emerald Court residents claimed that the area was initially shown to them as a green space or garden area but later Supertech built two towers. 

Let's take a look what exactly these towers house, ahead of their demolition.

The two towers, Apex and Ceyane, have 915 flats out which 633 were booked. 

Apex Towers has 2 and 3 BHK flats area of which ranges between 1050 Sq. Ft. to 1475 Sq. Ft and both type of flats have 3 balconies, according to Supertech's website. 

Ceyane Towers has studio apartments with one balcony, area of which ranges between 475 Sq. Ft. to 595 Sq. Ft. 

Supertech's website shows that both towers come with similar facilities of swimming pool, gymnasium, play area, clubhouse among others.
