YS Sharmila, the sister of Andhra Pradesh chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, has challenged Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to take part in a foot march with her for a day.
Addressing reporters in Hyderabad, Sharmila said she wants the Telangana chief minister to witness the problems of the people of his state. She also showed a box of new shoes meant as a gift for him.
'This (shoes) is as per your (KC Rao) size and there is a bill to exchange the shoes if they don't fit,' she added.
Sharmila, who heads the YSR Telangana party, said if the people of the state are found to be happy then she will apologise and go back to Andhra but if people are suffering then KC Rao will have to apologise and quit.
