Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal hit out at Rahul Gandhi and said that the Congress leader can speak against Prime Minister Narendra Modi because there is democracy in the country. He added that Gandhi speaks the most against the Prime Minister and yet says his voice is being strangled.
