Ahead of the start of the winter session of the Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the media. He hailed the results of the assembly elections in four states.
"Winter is approaching slowly. But the temperature in politics is rising fast. Yesterday, the results of the four state elections came out. The results are very encouraging...especially for those who are committed to the welfare of the common people of the country and to the bright future of the country...," said PM Modi.
Notably, BJP scored a hat-trick in the Hindi heartland, winning elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
