Congress leader Shivakumar warns Karnataka DGP, accuses him of protecting BJP

Karnataka Congress president DK Shivakumar has accused the state's Director General of Police Praveen Sood of protecting the ruling BJP govt and sought his arrest. 

Shivakumar claimed that the DGP was only filing cases against Congress and asked the Election Commission to transfer him as Karnataka goes to polls later in the year. 

Warning the DGP, the politician said that Congress will take action against him if they come back to power in Karnataka.
