Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal hailed the Supreme Court verdict declaring Kuldeep Kumar as the mayor of Chandigarh.

The Delhi Chief Minister called the verdict a big win for the INDIA bloc and slammed the BJP.

Kejriwal said that the BJP uses central agencies to destabilise elected governments.

Reacting to BJP's assertion of winning 370 seats in Lok Sabha elections, the Delhi CM questioned the reason behind the party's confidence?

"How is the BJP so confident of winning 370 seat? This means that some unfair practice is going on," said Kejriwal.

The top court declared the election results declared by the returning officer invalid.

It said that the election officer is guilty of misdemeanour. A notice has been issued to Masih to show cause as to why steps should not be initiated against him under Section 340 of CrPC.
