BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has given privilege notice against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for his attack on PM Narendra Modi in Parliament by using "certain unverified, incriminatory & defamatory statements against PM Modi" in Lok Sabha.
Called the statements by Gandhi "misleading, derogatory and indecent", the MP has written to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and calling for action against accusing Rahul Gandhi of violating rules.
