The Delhi Police while seeking custody of the 4 people who breached Parliament's security on Wednesday submitted that it was a well-planned conspiracy and attack on the Parliament of India.

The police lawyers further submitted that the accused carried pamphlets depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a missing person and that anyone who finds him will be paid through money from the Swiss Bank. The police said that the accused tried to show Modi as a proclaimed offender.
