The Supertech twin towers in Noida, considered to be taller than the Qutub Minar, collapsed in a controlled implosion on Sunday.

The demolition sent up a dense black cloud of smoke and dust that engulfed the neighbourhood.

As soon as the some of the dust settled, Noida authorities swung into action and the anti-smog guns installed in area started sprinkling water to clear the air.
