Man rapes cow in UP's Lucknow, arrested, say police, days after monitor lizard's rape in Maharashtra

In a shocking incident, a cow was allegedly raped by a man in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. A man named Majid was arrested by police for allegedly raping a cow on April 23.

The accused was caught after his neighbour scanned his CCTV footage and witnessed the crime. The neighbour informed the owner of the cow, and locals formed a search party to apprehend Majid. He was later arrested by police from Daroga Khera in Lucknow's Sarojini Nagar, as per reports.

The latest case comes just weeks after four men were accused of raping a monitor lizard in Maharashtra. The men allegedly recorded the crime on a mobile phone camera, as well. The incident reportedly occurred at the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra.
