Mehrauli murder: old chats reveal Aaftab hit Shraddha repeatedly; here's what we know so far

As Delhi police dig deeper into the Shraddha Walker murder case to recover her body parts, Walker's two-year-old chats with her office colleagues have surfaced, clearly conveying that she was abused by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla. 

In the chats dating November 24, 2020, Shraddha says she is severely injured after being beaten by Aftab, so much so that she is not even able to get up from her bed. She also complains of her blood pressure being low.

Shraddha further mentions that the situation got sorted after going to Aftab's parents' house.

Earlier on Friday, Delhi police, which is probing the spine-chilling murder case sent teams to Maharasthra Haryana and Himachal Pradesh to hunt for evidence in the Shraddha Walkar murder case with sleuths recovering some body parts in Gurugram. 

Additionally, Shraddha's father and brother's blood samples were collected by the police for DNA matching with the skeletal remains recovered till now. The cops have also summoned several of Shraddha's friends and recorded their statement in the case. 

Meanwhile, a Delhi court has directed the investigating team to complete the narco analysis test of Aaftab Amin Poonawala within five days.
