A disturbing video has emerged from Haryana. A former councillor committed suicide in Panipat, even as horrified passers-by watched. Sant Lal jumped from a flyover in Samalkha on April 4.
A crowd gathered at the bottom of the flyover. While some tried to convince Sant Lal to not jump, others recorded the incident on cameras.

When Sant Lal jumped, a few people directly below apparently tried to catch him, but failed. The former councillor was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
