Gujarat: two held for issuing threats during India-Aus match attended by PM Modi-Albanese

Three days after threats were issued to disrupt India-Aus cricket match which was attended by PM Narendra Modi and Australian PM Antony Albanese last week, the cyber cell of Ahmedabad Crime Branch’s arrested two people from Madhya Pradesh. 

According to India Today report, both terror suspects were arrested from Satna and Rewa districts of MP and are backed by pro-Khalistan groups,

The suspects used advanced SIM box technology for issuing threats during the match, which at times is difficult to track.
