A 3,000-page draft chargesheet against Aaftab Poonawala, accused of allegedly murdering 27-year-old Shraddha Walkar, his live-in partner has been prepared by Delhi Police, according to an NDTV report.
The publication citing sources reported that the draft has over 100 testomonies by witnesses. The document also includes crucial electronic and forensic evidence that was gathered during the probe team's months-long investigation.
The draft chargesheet also mentions Aaftab's confessions, his narco test result and forensic test reports. It is currently being reviewed by legal experts, the report said.
