Wakefit Solutions, a Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer home and sleep solutions start-up, has announced an official nap time for its employees every afternoon under its new 'right to nap' policy.

As per the company's new initiative employees can take an afternoon nap from 2pm to 2:30 pm. The calendars of the employees will be blocked during this time and will be designated as 'Official Nap Time'.

Not only this but the company is also planning to come up with 'cozy nap pods' and 'quiet rooms' within the office to provide a 'perfect nap environment'.
