Delhi Police detained Aam Aadmi Party leaders and workers while breaking up their protest outside the CBI's office in the national capital on 26 February 2023.

AAP members were demonstrating outside the central probe agency's office while Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was being questioned inside. Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh was reportedly among those detained by police.

Sisodia reached the CBI office for interrogation around 11 am with relation to the Delhi liquor policy case, in which the CBI has alleged kickbacks and corruption. Ahead of his questioning, Sisodia had conducted a roadshow with supporters, and also visited Rajghat.
