Plane chaos: 35 passengers left behind after Amritsar-Singapore flight takes-off early; DGCA orders probe

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has ordered a probe after yet another incident of a plane taking-off, leaving several passengers behind, has come to light.

A Scoot airline flight from Amritsar to Singapore reportedly took off at 3 pm instead of 7:55 pm on 18 January 2023. Around 35 passengers were left behind at the airport.

The airline claimed that passengers were informed about the change in timings via email, according to an India Today report.

Recently, a Bengaluru-to-Delhi Go First flight took-off without 55 passengers.
