BJP leader Kapil Mishra has stoked up a debate after he compared treatment of accused in two different air travel urination cases that came to light recently.
Taking to Twitter, Mishra said that while accused Shankar Mishra, who allegedly urinated on an elderly woman passenger in-flight was denied bail by a Delhi court another offender Jauhar Ali Khan who allegedly urinated publicly and even misbehaved with passengers was granted bail on the same day of his arrest.
Alleging bias, Mishra in his post questioned as to why Khan was granted bail and not sacked from the job, while Shankar lost his job and is still in jail.
