The Supreme Court on 18 April 2023 agreed to hear a petition seeking a probe into the brazen murder of alleged gangster Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, as per reports.
The petition reportedly sought an independent inquiry headed by a retired judge of the top court.
The Supreme Court will hear the petition on 24 April.
