Shankar Mishra, the man accused of urinating on an elderly woman passenger on an Air India flight in November 2022, has made shocking claims before a Delhi Court.

As per the NDTV, Mishra has told a Delhi Court that it was not him, but the woman who urinated on herself.  He made the claims while responding to a notice issued by the sessions court on an application filed by the Delhi Police requesting his custody for questioning.

Mishra had been sent to 14-day judicial remand on Saturday by a court that turned down the police's police request for custody.
