78-year-old Dehradun woman transfers all her property to Rahul Gandhi: here's why

Some of his closest aide may have left him to join rival political groups, particularly the BJP, but a woman in Dehradun has gone all out to support the former Congress president Rahul Gandhi. 

Reports said 78-year-old Pushpa Munjial from Uttarakhand's Dehradun has decided to leave all her property, including assets worth 50 lakhs and 10 tola of gold, in Rahul Gandhi's name.

India Today reported that Munjial presented a will in the Dehradun court, giving the ownership title of her properties to Rahul Gandhi.

According to the report Munjial described Rahul Gandhi and his ideas as necessary for the country and willed her property to the Gandhi scion at the residence of former state president Pritam Singh.
