Hip-hop music might make your cheese more flavourful!

You may not know much about what impacts cheese and its flavours, but no one would have ever thought that music could be a factor. Researchers at the University of the Arts in Burgdorf, Switzerland conducted an experiment with 9 wheels of cheese by confining them to different genres of music for 24 hours. From Mozart's Magic Flute opera to Led Zeppelin's Stairway To Heaven, the cheese wheels were 'serenaded' with different frequencies. But the most striking result was with hip-hop music, where the cheese wheel stood out as the one that smells and tastes the best. It's safe to say, hip-hop makes everything better.
