Heavy rains continue to wreak havoc across parts of India as overflowing rivers, cloudbursts and landslides cause severe damage.
Chandigarh-Manali National Highway 3 was blocked due to landslide near Pandoh area of Mandi district in Himachal Pradesh on Friday evening causing a massive traffic block, according to officials.
