Everyone is gunning to the be 'employee of the month' at HCL Tech as the Noida-headquartered company is planning to give Mercedes-Benz cars to top performers. 

As per reports, HCL Tech in an attempt to reduce the high attrition rate is adding incentive to stay and work harder. Indian tech firms are facing record high attrition Analysts anticipate a 22-23% attrition rate in 2021, which works out to 1 million resignations in the tech sector. ToI quoting the chief HR officer of the tech company stated that the proposal will need board approval.
