GTA games from PS2 era to get remasters: Vice City, San Andreas, GTA III

According to a report in The Verge, the PS2-era GTA games are getting remasters for modern consoles from Rockstar Games’ Dundee studio.

GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas are all planned to be remastered, and would see release on all modern console systems, along with PC and even mobile devices.

Publisher Take-Two Interactive has already announced it is set to release three ‘unannounced’ versions of its old games.

The new remasters should feature enhanced graphics set in Unreal Engine, and may be released by October or November of this year.
