Smartwatch maker Fossil has said that it will not be upgrading Wear OS watches to the new revamped version of the OS. Instead, Fossil will launch a ‘premium’ next-gen smartwatch later this year with the new Wear OS, which Google and Samsung collaborated on. Current gen Fossil smartwatches are likely to get a price cut, and serve as the budget models in their smartwatch offerings.
