Complaint against Bhushan Kumar for alleged rape 'false & malicious': T-Series issues statement

T-Series has issued a statement after Mumbai police registered a case against its Managing Director, Bhushan Kumar for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman on the pretext of providing her a job.


T-Series in its statement said that woman’s allegations are 'completely false' & 'malicious' and that they have filed a complaint against her for attempts of extortion.

Reportedly a woman filed a case against Kumar in DN Nagar police station in Andheri alleging that Bhushan Kumar raped her on the pretext of getting work in his company. The woman claimed Kumar tortured her from 2017 to August 2020 and threatened her to not speak about it.

Mumbai Police has filed a case against Bhushan Kumar under the relevant section of rape, cheating, and criminal intimidation.
