Filmmaker Karan Johar has announced that his next movie will be based on the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre.
Sharing the news on social media, Karan said that he is extremely excited and honoured to be bringing the untold story of C. Sankaran Nair who fought against the British Raj to uncover the truth about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
Karan further revealed that the movie will be directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and will capture the real-life events
Apart from the name of the film's director, Karan Johar didn't reveal any other detail about this untitled venture.
