Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 presents Anil Kapoor as host; to premiere on June 21st

Jio Cinema has finally announced the premiere date of Bigg Boss OTT, season 3, to be hosted by Bollywood veteran Anil Kapoor. The OTT platform made the official announcement on Thursday, along with a new poster. In their announcement, the streamer introduced Anil Kapoor as the new host for Bigg Boss OTT 3!!

Anil Kapoor replaces Salman Khan 

The first edition of Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 was hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, while the OG, Salman Khan, returned to the host's chair for the second instalment. After many speculations, it was recently confirmed Anil Kapoor will be hosting the third season of the popular digital show. 

“Presenting ‘Anil Kapoor’ as the new host for Bigg Boss OTT 3!!! From reigning on the big screen to now ruling the Bigg Boss house, @AnilKapoor is kuch extra khaas! Witness his magic in #BiggBossOTT3 starting 21 June, exclusively on JioCinema Premium,” wrote the OTT platform on its X (formerly Twitter) handle.

About contestants 

As for the contestants, rumours are swirling about potential contenders; however, an official announcement is yet to be made. According to sources, talks are underway with Tanushree Dutta, Ushmey Chakraborty, Ahana Deol, Trishala Dutt, and Bhavya Gandhi, among others. Recently, it was also reported that Kriti Sanon's sister, Nupur Sanon, has also been approached for the show.
