The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences selected a few films that are eligible for the best picture race at the 94th Academy Awards.
Actor Mohanlal’s recently released epic drama ‘Marakkar Arabikadalinte Simham’ made it to the list.
Along with this, Suriya starrer Tamil film ‘Jai Bhim’ also made it to the list announced by The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
‘Marakkar Arabikadalinte Simham’ and ‘Jai Bhim’ are among the 276 films that have been eligible for the 94th academy awards list.
Not just this, Priyanka Chopra Jonas-starrer ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ has also made it to the Oscars list.
While the list of films eligible for the Best Picture race is out, the nominations will be announced on February 8.
Meanwhile, the 94th Academy Awards are scheduled to be held on March 27 in the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Centre.
