Megastar Rajinikanth and Tamannaah Bhatia have wrapped up the shoot of their forthcoming film ‘Jailer’, which will release in theatres on August 10. This is the first time the duo will be sharing the screen space and Tamannaah is looking forward to the release.
During a conversation with news agency ANI, Tamannaah Bhatia said that she feels fortunate and blessed to have the opportunity of working with the legendary actor.
She said, ‘It is a dream come true to work with him (Rajinikanth). I will always cherish the moments spent on the Jailer set. He gifted me a book on a spiritual journey. It was so thoughtful of him. He had even autographed it.’
‘Jailer’, a full-fledged action entertainer written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, also has an extended cameo of Malayalam actor Mohanlal.
Rajinikanth will be seen playing jailer Muthuvel Pandian in the film. Its ensemble cast consists of Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, Vinayakan, and others.
Sun Pictures shared a couple of pictures from the wrap-up which showed Rajinikanth posing with Tamannaah Bhatia and the entire team.
