Directed by AM Jyothi Krishna and Krish Jagarlamudi, the historical drama boasts a compelling cast that includes Nidhhi Agerwal and Bobby Deol, complemented by a musical score from MM Keeravani. The film is a production of Mega Surya Production.

In light of the film's release, the Andhra Pradesh government approved ticket price hikes, setting single screen prices at Rs 100 and multiplex prices at Rs 300. Additionally, all screens have been permitted to host five shows daily for one week.

A grand pre-release event took place in Visakhapatnam on July 23, drawing crowds of fervent fans and notable figures from both the cinema industry and political realm. Deputy CM and beloved actor Pawan Kalyan, known affectionately as Power Star Pawan Kalyan (PSPK), addressed the gathering, sharing his thoughts and fostering connections with admirers and key influencers across various sectors.

Kalyan remarked that the release of 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' faced multiple delays, primarily due to the Covid-19 pandemic and his political responsibilities.
