SS Rajamouli took to social media to praise the first glimpse of Nag Ashwin's upcoming sci-fi thriller 'Kalki 2898 AD'.
He penned a special note for the director and his team.
Rajamouli praised the makers for working on this massive project despite the challenges of making futuristic movies.
He wrote, ‘Great job Nagi and Vyjayanthi movies. Creating an authentic futuristic movie is such a difficult task and you guys made it possible..Darling looks smashing.. Only one question remains…Release date… #Kalki2989AD.’
At San Diego Comic-Con, the makers officially revealed the title and first glimpse of the Nag Ashwin directorial along with its short teaser featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas. The film is scheduled for release in 2024.
Project K became the first-ever Indian film to debut at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC).‘Kalki 2898 AD’ also features Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
