Sidhu Moosewala song plays at London Fashion week

It’s been over 2 years since Sidhu Moosewala’s death but his legacy lives on through his music. His fame and work are celebrated beyond borders. The Punjabi singer got a special homage when his song ‘47’ was played during a fashion show at the recently concluded London Fashion Week. 

Label Nebojsa reshared a clip from the fashion show on Instagram and fans could not stop gushing and feeling proud over the moment. Netizens applauded the label for choosing Moosewala’s song for the ramp walk.  

This iconic moment on an international stage is a nod to Sidhu Moosewala’s global fame. He was one of the most popular and loved Punjabi singer of his time and his music continues to keep his legacy alive. 

Moosewala was shot dead on May 29, 2022 in Punjab. His death shed light on the infamous gangster and gun culture in the state. Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar were accused in the murder case and multiple arrests were made subsequently.  

Earlier this year, Sidhu Moosewala’s parents welcome a baby boy. The couple named their newborn Shubhdeep after Sidhu whose real name was Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu.
