Actor Alia Bhatt's sister-author Shaheen Bhatt reacted to the comments claiming that actor became pregnant before her wedding. She also talked about a section of people who speculate that Alia will pause her work as she'll soon become a mother.
Speaking with News18, Shaheen said, 'I will not speak for her (Alia) because that is her own journey. Anything that she has dealt with internally is completely her journey. Having said that, you can never really please everybody.' She added that there will always be a negative comment or two out there.
Shaheen further said that it has been a wonderful year for her family as it has grown tremendously this past year. She said there is only more joy and happiness to come their way and she's looking forward to that.
Alia and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot on April 14, 2022 at Ranbir's Mumbai residence. The couple announced their pregnancy two months after their marriage.
