Rajinikanth's surprise visit to bus depot in Bangalore where he worked as conductor

Superstar Rajinikanth paid a surprise visit to the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus stand where he used to work as a conductor.  

The legendary actor spent some good time with BMTC drivers, conductors and other staff. Before his first break in the hit flick 'Aboorva Ragangal' in 1975, Rajinikanth or Shivaji Rao Gaikwad used to work as bus conductor in the city. Tamil director, the late K Balachander spotted him, christened him Rajinikanth and gave him his first break. 

Rajinikanth posed for selfies with the fans and also visited a math there.

He made his comeback to the silver screen after a gap of two years with ‘Jailer’. The film is making new records at the box office every day. The film released on August 10 and is soon going to cross Rs 600 crore mark.
